A Complete Distraction
Have any of you out there had a huge test to study for, a paper to write or 40 pages to ready for your next class but have found youself glued to the computer looking at Facebook? I know I have. I know I have found myself searching through all the people that have a profile trying to find a new friend to add or pictures to look at instead of doing homework, like I should be. I also know that some nigths when I don't have homework and I need much needed sleep I look at the clock and know that I could probably get about 5 hours of sleep in but instead I sit on the computer, scrolling around on Facebook. Anyone else with this problem? I know you're out there, being COMPLETELY distracted! Get off Facebook and go do your homework!

Let's Be Nosey!
Oh Facebook! What a wonderful tool! Wonderful, but yet completely scary! Facebook gives people the opporturnity to sit back and watch the lives of their friends unfold. In my opinion, Facebook is a horrible tool, yet it is used religiously. It gives people the oppurtunity to snoop around and worry about their closest friends and even their enemies. The Facebook motto should be, "Keep your friends close, but your enemies closer." It allows people to step outside of their drama filled world and step right into someone elses. Rather your friend be sitting right next to you or even in a whole other country, you can find them and talk to them. Once you become friends you have stepped inside their lives and inside their drama. Everyone enjoys watching everyone else have a horrible day, it's only human. When someone gets the chance to sit back and watch someone else, other then themselves, have a bad day, it ironically is a good day! Join Facebook and have a good day!
Facebook: A Social Outrage
As you log onto Facebook this is the title you see and the first things that you read. Facebook was started by Harvard students that was directed only to college students. Now, Facebook is a world-wide service with over 31 million users. Facebook allows individuals to meet people and to join groups and be invited to events with the activities that are around you. Facebook allows you to see pictures of your friends, write them notes, and post videos for others to see. Try it out and see what you think!
